Serve 4 persons
Wash 300g of pork ribs/ chickens. Scald in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Put all ingredients and pork ribs/chickens into a boiler. Add 5 rice bowls of water
Stew over high heat for 30 minutes. Reduce to low heat and stew for 2 1/2 hours more. Season with a pinch of salt. Serve.
(For vegetairan you may stew in clear soup. )
